Wayne did a great job reviving the old pine floors in my new business location. They were not in the condition needed to refinish but he was upfront, explaining why and offered to screen/buff them and applied a couple coats to help seal and give them a boost. We had a built-in, standing desk removed from our house and were horrified to see round holes, as well as a rectangular section cut out of the floor. Wayne did such a great job! This was the 2nd job that he did for us. He responded quickly, he did the job within a few days (this most recent job was a small one, just a short hallway to the bedrooms). He solved an issue with different heights of flooring in an adjoining area that could not be addressed with a conventional, standard transition and he did not have access to his typical resources. He customized a beautiful transition that blends well with both flooring. And he did so in such a calm manner. I appreciate his adaptability, skills, problem solving and professionalism. I couldn’t be more thrilled how my floors came out for my retail space ! The building is from 1900 and yes very uneven but he was able to work around that. I chose reclaimed hickory 3” flooring from Pennsylvania and a matte finish. He is so knowledgeable about flooring in every way. I called him because he had done our entire downstairs of our home from 1770 and they still look newly done. I highly recommend him for any flooring needs. No job would be to small.Kiki Cunningham

My wife and I moved into our home when she was 6 months pregnant. The floors were heavily scratched up and gouged (seemed like the previous owner had a BIG dog that was kept in the middle bedroom). Wayne not only rejuvenated the wood floors to their original condition, but was incredibly considerate and let us know that she may want to not be around with the fumes (not that it would hurt the baby, but more so that the fumes may make an already queasy woman feel worse). I was absolutely shocked at the work and how great it came out - I thought the floors were beyond repair and he just went in and BAM made them brand new.
